Where does one go to find a life coach?

Posted by admin | life coach, | Tuesday 7 April 2009 10:27 am

I need to find more out about myself, learn how to get more from life and to find a career that i can be happy with? Is a life coach the way?
i'm not sure exactly what i want to do or how i want to do it,
i feel like i'm stuck and that i'm just going through the motions of life and not actually living it, any advice?

speak to several senior persons whom u think can give u some advice/guidance. u can find them among your neighbours, friends, senior relatives, work colleagues etc. also u to start examining yourself. start writing down in a book or type a note to yourself on what u have done and whether u wanna continue doing it, change it and if u change, what will it be and what will not / happen if u dont. a day later read it again and u can more or less see the diff and then write again - slowly bu learn more on yuorself and u can start deciding on what life is going to be for u. the future is in your own hands. some life coach will tell u the same thing or in a diff manner. goodluck and take care

How do you become a Life Coach or Counselor?

Posted by admin | life coach, | Sunday 5 April 2009 8:51 am

I want to become a Life Coach or Counselor to help people reach their potential. I have a B.S. in business and have owned a successful business. There are no set legal requirements in my state to be a Life Coach…so where do I begin? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I am a life coach. I got my Master's Degree in counseling. I like having the training in counseling. It gives me a solid base for my life coaching. I highly recommend going that route but I am sure there are other ways.
The International Coach Federation is a great place to look for training. Here is the link -
http://www.coachfederation.org/ICF/For+Current+Members/Coach+Training/For+Prospective+Students/
I believe the ICF is the most highly recognized Coaching organization so going through their program would be great too.
Hope that helps.

The Life Coach

The Life Coach

Comedy (2005) Run Time: 86 Min. “The Life Coach” is a comedy about a world-famous life coach who inspires and influences L.A.’s best and brightest. Instead of being the stereotypical spiritual guide that many of the lost souls of Los Angeles have come to rely on, our Life Coach is a slovenly, borderline abusive, Chris Farley-type. Having arranged his business so that no one ever see him, the Life Coach sits around his mother’s house in his underwear eating Doritos and trying in his own special way to help his clients over the phone. When he decides to stage his first public appearance, the pressure gets to him and he balks, leaving the business in the hands of his handsome, morally questionable cousin. Starring: Greg Baker, Connie Britton, Lauren Graham, Ron Livingston, George Wendt, Rainn Wilson Director: Josh Stolberg

Does anyone know of a great counselor or life coach in the Dallas area?

Posted by admin | life coach, | Friday 3 April 2009 9:55 am

I a looking for a female who specializes in anxiety relief or a life coach who could do the same. I prefer someone who is somewhat alternative as far as using up to date methods. I am interested in EFT and EMDR and hypnotherapy as well as visualization and the law of attraction.

Bill Blalock is the best in Dallas.

Lionel Polar Express Train Set

Lionel Polar Express Train Set

The Polar Express, the classic children’s story written by Chris Van Allsburg in 1985, came to life on movie screens around the world in a film by Robert Zemeckis, starring Academy Award winner, Tom Hanks. Using ground-breaking, motion-capture animation, the story of a young boy’s struggle to solve the mystery of Santa Claus plays out on a train called the Polar Express. Led by a massive Berkshire locomotive, the train transports wide-eyed kids on a hair-raising adventure to the North Pole.

Now, you can own the Polar Express train featured in both the best-selling book, and this Christmas season hit movie, as only Lionel can create it. Painstakingly designed to be true to the original, this exclusive Lionel train set features a die-cast metal Berkshire steam locomotive with a new, larger pilot, headlight lens cap and unique whistle. The engine and tender are painted in a dark, matte finish to complete the image.

Following the locomotive and tender are two lighted coach cars. The observation car features a new rounded observation deck, just like in the movie! Silhouettes in the windows depict scenes from the movie including the scary marionette car, and the joyful coach car wherethe kids get their fill of hot chocolate and candy.

The main characters from the movie are included as articulated figures with turning heads, movable arms, bendable waists and jointed knees. They can be posed and placed on areas of the locomotive, tender and passenger cars to replicate your favorite scenes from the movie.

There is no better children’s book, no better movie director, no better actor, and no better train company to bring you all of the fun, excitement and drama of the Polar Express. Do not miss out on this Lionel O gauge exclusive. Do you believe in Santa? We do!

Features:

Do you think children k-12 with disfunctional homes, and learning challenges would benefit from a life coach?

Posted by admin | life coach, | Wednesday 1 April 2009 12:37 pm

Parents, I'm looking to be a life coach specifically working with children that need encouragement, direction, sense of value, and support to make it in today's challenging society.

I want to know if parents would use this resource.

It's more the children that would choose to use that resource isn't it?
