Blackburn TrakStand Fluid Trainer

Blackburn TrakStand Fluid Trainer

The Blackburn TrakStand Fluid Trainer is the smoothest, quietest, most realistic feeling trainer there is. Stout tubular CrMo steel folding frame with an extra-wide 24 inch-wide base handles the hardest efforts of the biggest, strongest rider. Dual-centering mount allows precise wheel centering for use with road tires and even fat MTB tires, and redesigned mounting cones work with the most common skewers and Moots/Ritchey style dropouts. Progressive fluid resistance unit gets exponentially harder as your speed increases—just like riding—so 12mph is easy, but 35mph really feels as brutal as it would on the open road. And with industrial-strength internals borrowing technology from high-stress automotive transmissions, it won’t leak. In an exhaustive high-stress testing environment, competitive fluid trainers lasted less than 24 hours, but the Super Fluid was leak-free after over 600 hours of continuous use at 25mph. could this be stress?

Posted by admin | stress coach, | Monday 30 March 2009 10:14 am

okay so i have had a stomach ache everyday since the end of january and they wont go away. there is no pacific pattern when my stomach hurts. it just goes on and off and sometimes there really bad, like i feel like im going to puke but i dont. so iwent to the hospital this week and they took pictures and studied them and they said that they didnt find anything wrong with me. so i kinda feel dumb and my mom says to stay positive and that it might be stress. but the only thing i can think that im stressing out about is these dang stomach achs. my track coach is the only person i cant stand and sometimes he does stress me out. but i just dont see how stress can cause stomachs achs where i feel like im going to puke, its its been going on for like a month and half now

please what do you think this is,
is it stress?

It might be stress which may explain the feeling of sickness. It could be just gas from having a bad diet, for instance- my cousin had extremely bad stomach aches for a while and it turned out to just be that.

However, it could be a deeper problem. I suffered from an ovarian cyst and the doctors did not even pick it up at first. My sister went to an NHS hospital with the same problem and the doctors laughed my mum and her out of the hospital, claiming that they were being hysterical. We both required operations.

There are many different organs in the abdominal area which could cause the problem- it could be a bowel problem or a problem with any of the female internal organs. Just because they took pictures does not necessarily mean that there is conclusive proof that there is nothing wrong. For instance, an ultrasound would show that there was nothing wrong with your ovaries or womb, but it would not show a bladder problem or a problem with the bowel.

I think the best course of action would be to keep a diary of your pain. I know it sounds a little bit sick but if you do have a real problem and have to go back for a second opinion then it will be of great importance to the doctor. Write down the time and the intensity of the pain, how long it lasts, what you had been doing beforehand, etc. You may find that there is a pattern between certain activities and the pain and that you are anxious about certain things without realising it which could cause this pain. Do this for another week or two and then go back to the doctor.

If you really think that there is a doctor then you must persevere with them.
