I am meeting with a fitness coach Monday, what should I ask?

I’ve been working out for 9 months and lost 35lbs and now I joined a gym. One of the perks is that I meet with a fitness coach Monday, what should I ask her? I want to learn some of the ab machines and want to know etiquette at the gym, but really I just want to get these last 12 lbs off. Any advice? And these last 12 lbs are like glued to me, I’ve been trying on my own for over a month to get them off.

    I have a number of suggestions:

    What do they specialize, see whether it matches with your goals.
    What kind of philosophy does she follow in training the abdominal region?
    How will she ensure that you have proper form and technique when it comes to machine usage.
    Ask her the type of system that he has in place to ensure your success, as long as you follow his/her instructions.
    Whether nutritional counselling is part of the package.
    What tools does she use to measure your progress and success.
