		<description>If there were any specific requirements for your state, they should be listed on this site: http://pr.mo.gov/ It doesn&#39;t look like it is regulated as long as you are just calling yourself a coach and not a counselor, therapist, psychologist, or social worker.

It looks like you would just follow the states guidelines for starting a business: http://www.missouribusiness.net/startup/

There are accredited coach training programs: http://www.coachfederation.org/ICF/For+Current+Members/Coach+Training/For+Prospective+Students/
