    The ego cannot be killed simply because an illusion cannot be killed but recognised for what it is. Look at sailor bob videos in my playlists if interested.

    Wow, there are not to many people that know this, we are not our stories and nothing that we are can ever be objectified and still I get lost in thoughts and knowing that is the start of the remedy.

    Remember we are not striving for a bigger or a better ‘me’!!!!!! We are striving for the dissolution of the ‘me’ to discover who we already ARE, not a ‘me’, no ‘I’, no persona. Good luck on your journey!
