    Tank you for all …
Tank you for all great videos on nutrition. My situation is that i have had a rundown (i was diagnosed with prolactinoma) and as this has made me very tiered i have to build up my energy to be able to do more of the right things and get more energy. I have a great partner that helps at much at he can, but i still have to do a lot myself.

So i basically go to the store, cook my food and then i fall asleep. It´s getting better though. :) And it´s worth it! I can´t preform at my best if i don´t.

    Finally there is …
Finally there is the juggling routine, My mind is thinking about other things, worries, concerns, then there is the time needed for exercise (like to run and do yoga every day. I hope to become good at music and maybe go into music therapy (if my own difficulties with depression and anxiety and social difficulties improve etc ), so I practice music a couple hours every day, that is a rough sketch of my nutrition, and exercise, I hope some one else comments a lot so im not the only blabbermouth

    I think these …
I think these videos are really awsome, I like the first title that you offered…I think the information that is given in these is part of the process toward getting people more educated, I ask myself why can’t I eat better? My intention is there but things get in the way 1.don’t have a car to get to health food store 2.organics etc..are expensive 3. Other person in household isn’t as conscientious about diet and gets the groceries 4.Still not 100 percent educated about what food to get

    But I know I can do …
But I know I can do better, I do not eat cereal any more, when I can find an affordable and healthy cereal that would meet the standards of you folks…I’m going to start cutting out bread, my mother brings home a loaf of French bread a couple times a week, also I want to get rid of penut butter and jelly…the good things I try to eat are these-springmix organic lettuce, pumkin seeds, sunflower seeds, non-organic lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese (swiss, cottage, jalapenjo)

    but I don’t like …
but I don’t like eating meat mainly for the ethical reasons, now I eat dairy, and if there is egg products in something I overlook it, but I want to get to a place where I can avoid that also, I have some Omega 3 fish oils from High Health ,Ultimate multi-vitamin for men, I used to get the brand from Vitamin World, the protein I get is different types, also extra 1000 mg. of vitamin C. I rarely get sick and I stay healthy, I’ve been at this level for about 5 years…

    a lot of variables …
a lot of variables to take into account.., I take male supplements from, I like to get protein powder when I can afford it, I have been slowly giving up meat over the years, first I wouldn’t buy it, but would eat it if served because of the controversy it causes when you tell people you don’t want to eat meat is to much conflict, really, for me to handle in one sitting, so I would have a bit in good conscience knowing I played n no part in the animal’s demise, and I would thank the hamburger

Once you get into a …
Once you get into a healthy lifestyle and you have the resources to draw upon and things in a persons life are situated correctly (that doesn’t imply that hard work isn’t involved) but a person may be where they can practice optimum health..I have a hard time with nightmares at night, difficult time with thoughts, Relationships and communication are difficult for, and that is just relatives…the point is that different people are having a different experience and there are a lot of variables..

    I was in a …
I was in a supervised living setting, where not having maximum processing of food, was considered to be wrong. I’ve also been known to while away as far as having a non-shared apartment, have picked up a six-pack of coconut milk. That accusation which I’ve faced, is that I must be out to kill myself, with whole-foods, such as coconut-milk.

    i really believe …
i really believe that once u start working on one of those foundations of body mind and soul, heart with discipline and without pause, you will be improving other aspects at the same time without ever realizing it. it is impossible to improve one aspect without affectin the whole

    So the limited use …
So the limited use in vaseline might be okay, but what bout the buildup of toxins already in your body when u slab on some more moisturizer?

    READ LABELS! EVERYONE!!! PLEASEE!!

  14. Comment by jeminia6 — April 14, 2009 @ 12:06 am

    …Now I know the …
…Now I know the vaseline might be safer than other body products but all i’m saying is that I looked in my bathroom and aluminum starch octenylsuccinate is in lots of items. Now you use your face moisturiser, your vaseline on ur legs, your whatever for the rest of your body, its all seepinng into your body and thru bioamplification you’re slowing building up all these chemicals into your body.

  15. Comment by jeminia6 — April 14, 2009 @ 12:06 am

    RIGHT ON SISTA …
    RIGHT ON SISTA FRIEND.
It’s not only food, all these chemicals are in EVERYTHING! Think about it, aluminum is in my gawd ed de-odorant for crying out loud.
Even petroleum jelly, (Vaseline), which says on its bottle, ” Dermatologist Recommended” and has been used my millions of mothers for babies’ diaper rashes! Wanna know whats In that? Aluminum starch octenylsuccinate, which is to say, okay for you to use; provided the heavily toxic substance is used in mediocre moderation.

    I am low-income and …
I am low-income and purchase mostly processed foods because they are cheap sources, but I know that I need fresh foods. I am planting a vegetable garden in the spring to help. Many are trying to support buy local fresh foods my suggestions is that the government provide shopping at farmer’s markets this would help many low-income people.

    Chocolate is, I …
Chocolate is, I hear, the only food the liver can not process. It has sugar and neurotoxins, so how can that be healthful? Even raw cacao creates imbalance. If one truly desires optimum health and well being chocolate is not on the list

    I want to answer …
I want to answer why I still have to buy the non organic overly processed crap. The unfortunate thing is processed food is cheaper, more accessible, and less time consuming. Thus making the task of eating less of a burden. I have been trying to seek a balance of economic, taste, time effectiveness and health of that works for me, but sadly haven’t yet. I hope this helps you, but I am sure this isn’t unusual feed back :)
